I received my formal coach training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, California from 2007-2008. In addition, I completed specialized ADHD Coach Training in 2009 with Jodi Sleeper-Triplett of JST Coaching.I studied for a few years with Rick Carson, author of "Taming Your Gremlin", and Jane Massengill, Director of the Gremlin Taming Institute. I'm so proud to be a founding board member of Voices of Hope. I currently serve as the Social Media Coordinator and occasional cast member. VOH is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for cancer research through musical performance. www.voicesofhopeboston.org Prior to starting my coaching practice, I worked in insurance and settlement negotiations. I've worked many areas of community service including as a guardian ad litem with CASA in the Boston Juvenile Court, a parent aide for young mothers with limited resources, and as a Big Sister. My interests include (but not limited to) painting rocks & drawsing mandalas, (and many other creative art forms) Community Theater, photography, gardening, and dogs.
