About

My career experience is in the finance, healthcare and banking industries. These industries are ones that cause angst in most people. My experience taught me that regardless of where in the world people lived they all disliked and feared change, needed to be understood and wanted stability. The only constant is change. It was through this experience that I chose to pursue a deeper understanding of people. I obtained my coaching and human behavior consulting certifications. My personal experience includes coming from a long family line of veterans and first responders, surviving the sudden and tragic loss of my fiance at the age of 21, navigating and thriving through divorce and single motherhood, happily remarrying and blending a family, making the transition from executive to entrepreneur. Life is tough, but YOU are tougher. I love helping people discover and understand their own unique styles. Through this discovery I get to help organizations build connected, high performing teams. When everyone stays in their strengths, the whole team wins. When people understand themselves, their relationships are better. All of life is about relationships - at home, in the workplace, in business and in the community.
