I can design a home workout for strength and flexibility that can be completed in 15-30 minutes per day. The actual exercises will depend on what if any equipment you have. It is also possible to exercise with items you have at home, or just be using your own body weight. You will get a written copy of your workout with pictures and video. Concurrent with the workout, I will partner with you over the phone to help you decide what health habits you would like to adopt and maintain over this demanding time.

- Personal Fitness Training and Wellness Coaching is an encore career for me. Prior to this, I worked in the Financial Services Industry for nearly 17 years for various companies including John Nuveen & Co., Lincoln Financial Group and Charles Schwab. While pursuing a career in financial services I was also running a busy household and raising children. I tried to go to a local gym to workout at 5am but after falling asleep on the treadmill twice, I realized that my time and energy would be better leveraged by just working out at home. I don't like to focus on trial and error but rather trial and correction. With this mindset, I can partner with clients to help them find the best ways to balance exercise and overall health habits with a demanding life. I am a early stage breast cancer survivor, the proud mom of a full time paramedic/firefighter and I love dogs, kayaking and skiing.
