Teresa brings to the coaching relationship many unique and challenging life experiences including career transitions, personal losses of first spouse and mother and forging resiliency. I love helping clients work through life changes, learn resiliency skills and overcome obstacles by providing strategies and tools to attain their personal and professional goals. When we work together we'll set the goals you want and I'll support you in achieving them while holding you accountable and providing you tools and resources to help you along the way. Authorized Facilitator, and ICF Associate Certified Coach. She has a BS in Computer Science and M. Ed.in Curriculum and Instruction - math and science. Teresa is the author of Soul Love: How A Dog Taught Me To Breathe Again Teresa is about giving back and service. She volunteers with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Austin, is a former Board Member – Community Outreach Director organizing pro bono coaching to local non-profits. She is on the coaching bench for Women for Change Coaching Community (W4C3) - providing pro-bono coaching to women in poverty. She also is a Stand Beside Them Coach – providing pro-bono coaching for veterans and their spouses.
