Tell us about your business/occupation & how you ended up where you are today.

I am a certified black belt instructor who was teaching physical classes, and in 2004 I saw the need to create a separate program for women to learn practical skills to speak up to be heard and exude confidence at work and in relationships. My program focuses on very practical and positive feedback. Quickly my program became popular and attracted the attention of local press and media. Now I am doing speaking engagements and one on one coaching to a few women a week as I like to create very personable relationships with my clients to be sure they get my complete attention. I am very passionate about empowering women to exude body language confidence and effective communication to get the pay we deserve, set effective boundaries, and break through fear to go after our dreams.

Motivating women to Speak up to be heard, get Paid what we deserve, and kick imposter syndrome and FEAR to the curb!

Loves to talk about

women's empowerment, how women can exude more confidence, set boundaries and protect themselves from bullies or unhealthy relationships, and how every woman can flip fear and go for their dreams.
