Tell us about your business/occupation & how you ended up where you are today.
In 2015, I was in a serious car accident that changed my life. My health issues sparked my interest in health and paved the way for my career as a Health Coach. I then became a certified Health and Life Coach which led me to get a job in corporate wellness. After gaining more knowledge and experience, I took the steps to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2019.

Describe your typical workday?
I work remotely for an intensive lifestyle intervention program that helps people lose weight and create healthy and sustainable habits. In my day to day job, I facilitate virtual group sessions and host 1-on-1's as needed.
What is the biggest challenge you face in your business/job & how do you overcome it?
Continually challenging myself. I work towards overcoming that through reading, learning and new experiences and opportunities.
How do you keep yourself motivated?
I workout every day, stick to a routine, eat well, and get adequate sleep. I love podcasts and books too!
