Tell us about your business/occupation & how you ended up where you are today. 

Always had a interest in health and went into the field of Dietetics to heal my own dysfunctional relationship with food and also find answers to help others. My degree allowed me to have a deeper understanding of the science behind food but I did not know how to put that into embodied practice. So I went down a culinary journey and learned how to cook with some of the Bay Areas best talent. Mindfully using all my senses and top quality ingredients, I developed a balanced and relationship with food. My desire to help others heal their relationship with food was stronger than ever, leading me to pursued a health and wellness certificate from Wellcoaches. I am now in the process of creating my own business and working part time at Kaiser Permanente as a weight loss facilitator.
